Meet the Team
Sara Davis
Founder + CEO
Sara Davis is the Founder and CEO of Vaulted Digital, a fan focused digital agency built from her lifelong passion for music, storytelling, and online fan communities. After moving to Nashville in 2022, she trusted her instincts, left college within her first week, and committed fully to finding her place in the music industry. With determination and a fan first mindset, Sara carved her path independently taking on freelance social media roles and later joining a digital marketing company, where she deepened her expertise in branding, community building, and digital strategy.
Throughout her career, Sara has worked with artists such as GAYLE, Charles Esten, Georgia Webster, and more, shaping online identities and creating spaces where fans feel genuinely connected. In 2025, she officially launched Vaulted Digital, and in less than 6 months, scaled the agency to over 20 clients. Growing fast through intention, creativity, and a deep understanding of what fans crave.
Vaulted Digital was built around one vision: to create digital environments where fans feel seen, valued, and at home. Sara leads with authenticity, pairing thoughtful strategy with meaningful engagement to highlight what makes each fanbase unique. Her work spans official HQ pages, fan run accounts, and full community development each crafted with strong visual identity and a storytelling first approach.
Sara brings expertise in digital and fan strategy, creative direction, social media growth, and brand development. She’s most proud of how quickly Vaulted Digital has grown and the incredible team and clients she gets to work with every day.
Born and raised in Virginia, Sara grew up going to concerts and was a devoted One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer fan, experiences that shaped her understanding of fandom from the inside out. She describes herself as creative, attentive, and driven, and you can almost always catch her with a white mocha in hand.
What motivates Sara most is impact. Building digital experiences that make fans feel connected, excited, and part of something bigger. She’s inspired by artists, creators, and anyone who builds their world from the ground up.
At Vaulted Digital, Sara leads the mission by cultivating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and true fan first thinking. She defines success as delivering work that resonates, building a strong supportive team, and continually transforming the way fans experience the artists they love. Her unique approach blends heart, instinct, and strategy making Vaulted Digital a standout in the digital space.
Katie Shea
Fan Strategy Manager
Katie Shea joined Vaulted Digital after completing her internship with the company, bringing freelance social media experience and a lifelong passion for fan culture into her first official role in music marketing. Having spent more than a decade deeply engaged in online fandom communities, she has an intuitive grasp of fan behavior, needs, and motivations. This firsthand expertise now guides the strategies she develops for artists and their fanbases.
Since starting at Vaulted Digital, she’s been most proud of helping define the voice of newly emerging fandoms and strengthening the connection between artists and their fans. Her favorite part of the work is creating spaces where fans feel welcomed, understood, and genuinely valued.
Passionate, creative, and community driven, she is motivated by the way music brings people together. Outside of work, she blends her love of music with her fiber arts talent, crafting pop culture inspired crochet pieces. She draws constant inspiration from women in the music industry who began as fans themselves and transformed their passion into respected professional careers, becoming trailblazers who opened the door for others to follow the same path.
At Vaulted Digital, she brings a fan first perspective to every project. Understanding fandoms is second nature to her, and she uses that insight to design authentic, engaging strategies that resonate with fans. Her favorite part of being on the team is supporting artists’ creative visions and helping their fanbases grow and thrive.
For her, success means building meaningful, lasting connections between artists and the audiences who love them and knowing her work strengthens that bond. What makes her approach unique is simple: she thinks like a fan first, allowing her to create strategies that feel authentic, relatable, and rooted in the fan experience.
Charmaine Yu
Graphic Designer
Charmaine Yu is a Graphic Designer at Vaulted Digital, where she helps bring artists and brands to life through thoughtful visuals and fan first creative strategy. She brings a strong background in both graphic design and digital marketing, having previously worked with companies like Primary Wave and ONErpm, where she gained hands-on experience in music, publishing, and fan engagement.
While studying at Hofstra University, Charmaine pitched and launched a zine team for Hofstra Concerts, the school’s live events organization, serving as Creative Director. In this role, she honed her skills in editorial design while leading a collaborative creative team, an experience that continues to shape her approach to storytelling and branding today.
Charmaine is especially proud of a music marketing campaign she co-created for a hypothetical Charli xcx album, which included ideas that later materialized in real life, such as soundtrack placements, major brand collaborations, and SNL appearances, coinciding with the release of brat, Charli’s most critically acclaimed album to date.
At Vaulted Digital, Charmaine combines her design expertise with a lifelong fangirl perspective to help enhance brands, deepen fan connections, and create inclusive visual experiences. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s visual identity and crafting content that excites and resonates across diverse fan communities.
Insightful, empathetic, and imaginative, Charmaine is motivated by making the fan experience feel accessible and meaningful to everyone. She strives to do something creative every day, whether sketching, experimenting in Photoshop, or learning a new skill, and draws inspiration from artists like Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, and Harry Styles, as well as music journalist Ben Fong-Torres. Above all, Charmaine believes in humanizing artists, centering music as a unifying force, and creating work that fans can truly see themselves in.
